Main priorities include: To ensure every animal client is comfortable, supervise playtime
with other dogs, monitor for heatstroke during summer time, bathe and clean up any
dog before leaving the facility, group dogs for playtime based on size, temperament,
and parent request, sanitize inside and outside kennel areas, administer medication
orally, Sub-Q, and Intramuscular for boarding clients medical needs. Lastly make sure
every animal that is boarding has their food and water and personal items in rooms
before leaving after a shift.
Front Desk Manager | Paradise Cove

Main priorities included: Opening and closing the front desk, handling money in
exchanges of card, checks, or cash, proper phone etiquette, scheduling and booking
birthday parties, handling customer questions and complaints properly and
professionally, making sure other front desk employees are doing their job correctly,
maintaining employee schedules, and lastly counting down cash registers and creating a
deposit for the company bank account.
