This is with relate to the I CARE cards, instruct employees under your purview that they have to

submit the I Care Cards whatever they received from the HODs up to 30th April 2016 to the HR
department on or before 20th May 2016 only for this month.

Also I have attached the Managers format for you to update the details of I Cards issued to the
employees. The HR department will consolidate and validate the data with the help of Cards
submitted by the employees and a sheet handed over by the Manager along with the counterfoils.

If I receive the I Care details by 20th May only we can finalize the winners of the month and prepare
the I Care Certificates before scheduling the Cluster for the month.

Once again I would request you to insist your employees on the importance of the I Care cards and
instruct them to submit the collected cards to the HR department. Your fullest cooperation in this
regard is highly appreciated.

This is to bring to your kind notice that, with related to the WinHMS operation of GRT VIBE
Kukatpally, I would suggest that we can create a separate company for VIBE and the same can be
operated from Kakinada HR itself as we did in GRT Grand including GRT Projects. It will help to finish
the work from one place and easy to maintain the record as well under one control.

I am putting my thoughts only on the above subject, we can go ahead with this process according to
your guidance and assistance. Looking forward your inputs and approval with relate to the same for
further proceedings.

With relate to the trial mail, this is to remind all of you on the process of the Employee Self Service
(ESS), all the employees have to understand the importance of the Employee Self Service and should
visit the page frequently. All the employees have been given their log in credentials and this will help

The employees have to apply their leave via ESS only, and the same have to be approved accordingly
with immediate effect. If any employee has any clarification or issue on ESS, I will assist them to
rectify.
I request all the HODs to educate your employees on this and make them to utilize the service in an
effective way. Because this will reduce most of the operational issues and enable us to follow the
procedure in a standardized manner.
