The chairman called the meeting to order at 4p.m. and thanked the board members for being
1.0 present to the meeting. He mentioned the purpose of the meeting was to present and gather AZAI
the work done by each member.

CHECKING THE WORK DONE BY EACH MEMBER

- The plan is printed out in A3 before meeting after the key plan is produced.
2.0 All Members
- The plan is exchanged within member for checking purpose.

MARKING THE LOCATION OF COLUMN, BEAM AND SLAB

- The location of design column, main beam, secondary beam and slab is discussed.
- Different location of the structural parts is marked.
3.0 All Members
- Considerations of the location of the structural part are taken via discussion among all
members.

Other matter
4.0 Discuss to start work at library in next meeting. All Members

5.0 Everyone are drawing own part as discussed in previous meeting. All Members

The chairman summarized the discussion during the meeting and thanked the board
members for working so hard to end up with this decision. Next meeting will be on 16
6.0 October 2017 at computer lab announced by chairman. The meeting was adjourned at MZNA
7.00p.m.
