TELECOM DISTRICT (SSA) LEVEL TELEPHONE ADALAT

It is proposed to conduct Telecom District Adalats during the Last week of

NOVEMBER 2017 in all the Telecom Districts of the state of Tamilnadu ( excluding
Chennai, Tiruvallur and Kanchipuram Districts) and union territory of Puducherry
(excluding Mahe and Yanam)

Customers grievances pertaining to Landline, Broadband and Mobile Services

excluding STD PT,LPT& PCO complaints, and already rejected Adalat cases which
are pending /not solved by the local offices for six months or more may be brought to
Adalat for redressal.

The proposed Adalat will be conducted under the Chairmanship of concerned

General Manager of individual Telecom District. Complainants may send such cases
to the following address on or before 15/11/2017.

1. The envelope should be Superscripted as SSA Telephone Adalat.

2. Cases received after 15/11/2017 will not be considered.
3. The exact date and venue of Adalat shall be intimated to the complainants
separately.
