Method:
Heat leftover adobo in a pan.
Butter the bread slices and assemble sandwich by placing 2
scoops of adobo on one side of bread. Top with Eden Melt
Sarap. Place another bread slice on top.
Place sandwich in a sandwich press or fry in butter in a pan until
slices are toasted and cheese is melted.

In a pot, boil pork with pepper and salt until it softens.
In a pan, saute onion in oil. Add pork and saute until golden brown. Add calamansi juice.
After sauteeing pork, transfer to a bowl and add Eden Cheese. Mix cheese until it melts.
Slice jalapenos in half. Fill with pork and cheese mix and top with more shredded cheese. Deep
fry and serve.

Peel the eggs then cut in half, lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks into a bowl.
Trim the bottom of the egg whites to make each piece flat. Arrange the halves of egg whites on
a tray. Set aside.
Use a fork to mash the egg yolks in the bowl. Add these ingredients a little at a time: cheesy
mayo, pickle relish, minced onion, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly and make sure the
mixture is smooth.
With a spoon, scoop a bit of the egg yolk mixture into the halved egg white. Do the same with
the rest.
If desired, sprinkle paprika on top and serv

In a bowl, combine squid, salt, and ground black pepper then mix well. Dredge the squid in flour
then dip in batter.
Heat oil in a pot. When the oil is hot enough, deep-fry the squid until the color of the coating
turns brown, for around 2 to 3 minutes in medium heat. Do not overcook the squid.
Remove the fried squid from the cooking pot and transfer in a plate lined with paper towels.
Mix Garlic Mayo Dip by combining Eden Mayo, garlic, sugar, lemon juice and white pepper in a
bowl. Serve with calamares.

In a bowl, combine Eden Sandwich Spread, garlic, lemon juice, dill. Mix well and season with
salt and pepper. Cover and set aside.
Season chicken breast halves with Italian seasoning. Cook in a pan over medium heat for
around 6 minutes, or until slightly browned and tender. Remove from heat, cool and cut into
strips.
Assemble gyros by laying the pita bread. Place lettuce, chicken strips, red onions and tomatoes.
Top with prepared Eden Sandwich Spread sauce. Fold over pita to enclose.
Serve and enjoy!

In a pan, cook beef in hot oil on medium heat. Add peppers, onion and taco seasoning. Cook
until beef is brown and tender.
Add salsa to the meat then reduce heat to medium-low. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring
occasionally. Remove from heat.
Prepare tortillas by putting lettuce leaves on each one. Fill with meat mixture and top with
Eden Mayo. Wrap tortillas and serve.

Put sliced fruits in a bowl. In a separate bowl, prepare the dressing. Mix the mayo, all purpose
cream and condensed milk. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Method:
In a pan, saute onions and chili until onions are translucent. Add garlic and saute until soft. Add
sliced kimchi. Stir and saute until kimchi is slightly cooked. Add tuna to pan and stir. Add liquid
from kimchi and leave to cook until liquid reduces.
Add rice to the pan and mix. Remove from heat and drizzle with sesame oil. Season with salt
and pepper.
Move rice to one side of the pan. Crack egg and leave it to cook slightly. When egg is slightly
cooked, mix into the rice and leave to cook.
Serve with grated cheese.

Cook pasta according to instructions on the package. Drain and set aside.
In a pan, saute onions in oil until brown. Add mushrooms and cook until soft.
In a bowl, whisk the milk and Eden Mayo until smooth. Add mixture to the pan. Add tomatoes
and leave to cook.
Add the cooked penne pasta and mix thoroughly. Remove from heat and serve. Garnish with
parsley and top with grated cheese.

In a bowl, mix crabmeat, cheese, onions, and Eden Magic Whirl.
Grease muffin cups and line with wanton wrappers. Make sure the edges of the wanton
