So I worked on two live projects the 1st one involved developing a branch scorecard model for

different products in the portfolio which will help to understand the operational inefficiencies in the
branch and thereby implementing solutions 2 improve the performance

The second one involved reducing the error rates in the asset product named joint liability group
which involved loans being to a group comprising of 4-6 members who had common consensus
related to the terms n conditions of deal like the emis if any1 is unable to pay then the group is
liable 2 clear the dues within the stipulated time.

Starting with the common process flow for the products

The biggest challenge was to understand the dynamics of the working culture in different areas as
the method incorporated varied from place to place to understand the process and make it
standadise was a difficult task.

Reduced scrap to budget by $17.6K and spending by $235K favorable to budget.

Created significant process improvements for throughput and quality.

Conducted in house audits: safety, food safety, good housekeeping, GMP's and
Company policy.
Established a 5's program which improved line efficiencies and reduced
accidents to zero incidents per quarter.
Maintained proper material usages and investigated any discrepancies.
Followed all raw material usages, investigated variances as required.
Process Improvements: Identified bottlenecks and setup new processes to
increase productivity.
Employee Retention: Productivity: Increased productivity by 90% by
maintaining tight schedules and reducing machine downtime
Process Modification: Collaborated with process design to institute new
products on the floor, including follow-up with data analysis.
 Scheduled production floor to meet customer requirements.- Daily auditing
safety check requirements, needs etc from the junior engineers-Ensured that
safety policies were observed and followed.

Trained and mentored newly hired production supervisors

Recommended measures to improve production methods, equipment

performance and quality of products.

Recorded production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, or

quality measures.
