Facts:
Cow attacks complainant; cow went out of premises attacked complainant with
horns.
Issue: Whether the owner of the cow should be held liable? No.
Held:
Although, there is a duty to fence domestic animals by its owner, it does not
necessarily follow that they are responsible for injurious acts committed by such
animal while away from owner. In addition it isn't the owner's common knowledge
that said cow is capable of such vicious act aka attacking since it only happened in
this case.
