Dear Club Leaders,

Sub: Nomination and Election for Executive Council (Directors, Joint Directors and Editor/Web
services/Cultural) Rotary Years 2018-19.

Dear Fellow Rotaractors,

It is with great pleasure that I hereby notify the nomination for positions in the Executive
Council of the Rotaract District Organization, Rotary International District 3150 for the Rotary
Year `2018-19` open. The general guidelines for the nomination notification are as follows:

1. The nominations shall remain open till 30 November2017 midnight.

2. The DRR reserves the rights to alter, change, add and remove any position or
its profile as deemed necessary.
3. The roles and responsibilities mentioned are generic in nature. The specific
roles & profiles will be provided once the position is confirmed by the DRR.
4. In general, for all posts, the preferable candidates would be
i. Past Presidents of Rotaract Club
ii. Past Executive Council Members
iii. Rotaractor who have an experience of at least 1 years as Board member
iv. Rotaractors who have served Rotaract District Organization actively for at
least 1 year
5. However, the above is only a preference and if any candidate feels that their
dedication and reasons are much greater, they are urged to apply so that the
application can be considered.
6. Application to one/any position/s from the above does not guarantee any
confirmation for the same.
7. Candidates can apply for specific role and in addendum can indicate their
preference for another role.
8. A personal round of discussion with the DRR shall follow, details for the same will
be mailed to the registered email address.
9. All the selection will be at the discretion of the DRR and no disputes regarding the
same will be entertained. Incoming Presidents and Secretaries will be
considered only in special cases, we would encourage them to focus on
strengthening the club.

10. This is not a competition. There is no WINNER or LOSER. There is no BETTER or

WORSE. This is just an endeavor to pick the people who will work TOGETHER. The
choice made is no reflection of your inferiority or superiority over other candidates
but a mere choice seeing you as a TEAM PLAYER keeping in mind the other team
member choice.

I hereby invite the Rotaractors of District 3150 to submit their nomination of District Director
to be in the executive council for the year 2018-19 and District Joint Director, Editor, Web
Services, Cultural; the proposal shall be submitted online at tinyurl.com/ExecutiveCouncil-
2018-19 .

The candidate should be a active rotaractor in Rotary District 3150, and has to be completed
his one year of membership in any of the club's of Rotary International District 3150.

Selection of candidature 10 December 2017
