Predefined scheduled maintenance and service scopes
are offered according to our customers needs and local
requirements. Based on inspection results work scopes
can easily be extended in order to minimize downtime
and service costs.

In Service Health Check

A complete diagnostic inspection health Check of
running equipment is often recommended.
This will ascertain the operational condition of
The rotating equipment, identifying potential me-
chanical issues that could lead to damage of the
installation. Based on the inspection results a rem-
edy can be implemented prior to major damage
occurring. A full inspection report is issued follow-
ing the inspection, detailing findings and recom-
mending repair advice and follow up actions if re-
quired.

Preventive service
Through our proactive approach, costs associated with
reactive maintenance actions and activities can be pre-
dicted and planned efficiently.

Call Out Service

Customers are completely supported with a dedicated
call out service, manned by our experts and technicians

In order to optimize air delivery requirements and op-
erational efficiencies a complete feasibility study of the
blower can be undertaken. This will include perfor-
mance calculations and design
Modifications that can be applied to the impeller, inlet
guide vanes, discharge vanes etc.

Spare parts boxes for compressor and auxiliary service

are available for each inspection type.
3D laser technology with point clouds transfer to NX
engineering drafting programs make also the major
strategic parts available for service use.

Engineering
Energetic supports its service with an extensive in-
house engineering and design capability which can
be used for modelling and drafting allowing for 5
axis CNC machining of parts. This includes impellers,
vanes, gears etc.
Material identification by spectrum analyses, offer-
ing material improvement proposals ,is also possible
according the application. Bearing and lubrication
system modifications giving in increased reliability
are also undertaken.
