    PART I: ACTION PLAN FORMULATION AP GRADE =

    A. ISIS Threat Tasks Middle East (60%): Provides thorough and detailed descriptions of a number of tasks necessary
    to address the ISIS threat in the Middle East as well as take steps to prevent future attacks the U.S. and its allies.
    Effectively identifies a number of government assets and resources needed to address the crisis and provides clear
    explanation about how each asset will be utilized.
