Contact Activity

This activity has two parts:

1. Contact Activity.
2. Writing part.

What is something that takes you out of your comfort zone?

The purpose of this work is to do an activity that takes you out of your
comfort zone. Thus, the first step is to determine what activity is the most that
makes you feel uncomfortable, afraid, or irritable, and so on. After you decide on
this, take your time to perform the activity, and gather enough evidence (photos/
videos).

Once you have worked on the contact activity and gathered the evidence, the next
step is to write three paragraphs as follows:

Note: some questions are given to help you write the paragraphs.

- Paragraph 1: Description of the contact

On this part you have to describe the activity and where it took place.

Why does this activity or place make you feel uncomfortable?

What feelings did you experience doing this?
How did you approach this activity?

- Paragraph 2: Reflection on the experience

What kinds of assumptions or biases did you have before the activity? and why?
Were your assumptions right or wrong?
In what ways did this experience make you reflect on?

- Paragraph 3: The impact of this experience

After checking your assumptions or biases please explain about the impact of this

activity on your personal life.

What was the impact of this activity?

Did this activity help you change your perceptions or points of views about this
experience?
Did you learn something new?
Do you still feel yourself uncomfortable about this?
Would you do this again or not? and why?
In what ways was this activity useful?
