Flight Information

Kindly indicate if you would need financial assistance with your travel costs to Japan. Travel subsidies provided by
the organisers would be disbursed at the end of the Meeting. The maximum amount reimbursed cannot exceed
50% of the total travel costs; up to EUR 250 for participants residing in Asia, while the maximum amount for
residents in Europe is EUR 500.
Please note that we would require an original invoice and the ticket (including all boarding passes) from your
flight/bus/train in order to proceed with the reimbursements.
