Observe more lessons:


Preparedness: How does the teacher make sure the students are
prepared for the day?

She greets the students, and remind them of todays schedule,


sometimes she sit with them to make sure they settled.

Pace and flow: How does s/he make sure all students are
involved and attentive?

Ask children individually questions about the topic, and vary her
teaching style every day .

Transitions: How does s/he get student attention? Keep their


attention and move to the next task?

- She says: stop stop stop hands on top. to stop the activity
and focus with the miss.
- sometimes she claps her hands.
- music cleanup is fun.

Behavior: How does s/he deal with misbehavior?

Speak one to one (individually) with them, or speak to the whole


class in general about the behavior, and sometimes she moves
the child away from the environment.

Encouragement: How does s/he interact with students/as a


group/individually? e.g. praise, self-confidence, humor, support

She Try to praise the students often, sometimes she laugh with them,
try to give them positive feedback if they did something well, and
support the students when they are working in groups and
individually.
