Notre Dame of Midsayap College, located at Midsayap, North Cotabato. I am currently enrolled
in the course Practicum 1 with a descriptive title Internship. In partial fulfillment of this course, I
am required to undergo an On-the-Job training for a minimum of 240 hours starting November
2017.
