We submit our completed pre-qualification questionnaire along with the additional information

required and request to be included in the companys list of bidder for the subject services

We acknowledge that eh Company has absolute discretion in the selection of bidders and that the
Company is not required to provide any reason should the company decide not to include our
business entity on the above referred list

We consent to the Companys representatives visiting our offices, facilities and works in progress as
the Companys considers necessary to satisfactorily evaluate our application. In event of such visits
take place we shall provide whatever assistance necessary to the companys representatives to
assist them in the evaluation of the application
