(1) This Order may be called the Scheduled Areas (Gtate of Jharkhand) Order, 2007, © Iishall come into force at once. 2 The areas specified below are hereby redefined tobe the Scheduled Areas within the State of Jharkhand -— JHARKHAND, 1 Ranchi District 2 Lohardaga District 3. Explanation —For the removal of doubis, hereby declared that the said areas ate the same, by whatever name called, as were notified as Scheduled Arcas as part of the erstwhile State of Bihar vide CO, 109 [the Scheduled Areas (States of Bihar, Gujarat, Madbya Pradesh ‘and Orissa) Order, 1977], dated the 31st December, 1977. 3, Any reference in the preceding paragraph to a territorial division by whatever name indicated shall be construed as a reference to the territorial division of that name as existing at the commencement of this Order.
