What if

players would be actively involved in assessing their

performance and defining the content for training?
the daily program would not automatically come from the
coaching or management staff?
the player would be responsible for his/her own development
plan?
the head coach would not give any pep talks before the
game?
...players cohesion and love for the game would be outlined as
the desired outcomes for the coaching?
one of the aims for the high-performance coaching would be
the development of better people?
