    By the end of the lesson, pupils will be able to demonstrate
    appreciation through non-verbal responses by holding up the
    picture of the rainbow while singing the song.

    Complementary :

    By the end of the lesson, pupils will be able to say the colours
    in the simple song with the correct pronunciation, rhythm
    and intonation.

    CROSS CURRICULAR ELEMENTS : Language, Entrepreneurship

    ACTIVITIES : i)PRE-LESSON : 1. Guessing Game (guess the colour of the fruits


    banana, rambutan, papaya, mango, pineapple)

    ii) LESSON DEVELOPMENT : - Teacher shows a picture of rainbow.

    - Pupils name the pointed colour of the rainbow.

    - Pupils colour the rainbow in the worksheet given.

    - Pupils listen to the song I can sing a rainbow.

    - Pupils practice singing the song.

    - Pupils uphold the rainbow coloured earlier while


    singing the song.

    iii) POST-LESSON : - Pupils state the number of the colours in the rainbow
    and arrange the colours correctly.
