II. SCHEDULE OF AVAILABILITY OF SERVICES

Monday to Friday : 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM no noon break


Saturday & Sunday : as required 8:00- 5:00 pm no noon break
III. FEES
Non Aircon With Aircon
VSU Personnel 1st hour: 350/ hour 1st hour: 510/ hour
Succeeding hour: 50/ hour Succeeding hour: 290/ hour
VSU Students 1st hour: 50/ hour 1st hour: 510/ hour
Succeeding hour: 225/ hour
Non VSU Employees & 1st hour: 550/ hour 1st hour: 1,000/hour
Students Succeeding hour: 350/ hour Succeeding hour: 450/ hour

IV. PROCEDURE AND AVAILMENT OF SERVICES

A. Steps to follow for reservations:

B. Cancellation of reservation shall be done 2 days before


the activity; otherwise, the client shall be required to pay the fees.
