EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This report is about my internship program with Askari Commercial Bank Limited.
In this comprehensive report, I have discussed about every major aspect of bank
which I observe and prepared during my internship program in this program you
will find the detail about bank rights from incorporation to the current opposition
along with it the process politics and producers of the bank are also discussed in
detail.

During my internship program, I am mainly worked in general Bank & Finance.

All the departments have been discussed in detail and all the policies and produces
have been described thoroughly. As the main purpose of internship is to learn by
working in practical environment and to apply the knowledge acquired during the
academic process, In this report the detailed analysis of the organization has been
done and all the financial, technical, managerial and strategic aspect have been
evaluate to analyze the current position of the organization. Along with it, the
background analysis, the prevailing competition analyzed the business process
analysis and the internal environment and the external environment of the
organization have been discussed and recommendations of the important have been
made whatever required.
During the internship, I have learn basic banking work and lot of practical work
which I had not acknowledged before. I work in different department and learn
basic operations of internship that department are. Account opening department
clearing department remittance department calling and sorting department etc. I
have spend most of my time in account opening department and hence I learn what
professional attitude to adopt while dealing with external as well as internal
customers. I have find out different watches and sleep such as Current Account
slip, PSL savings account deposit slip, clearing watches; online inter branch
intersection slip etc. This report is composed of the AKBL history, AKBL
introduction organizational structure, finance structure, it's different analysis such
as critical analysis and SWOT analysis and Recommendation etc. E.g. AKBL one
of the leading Bank that is first Muslim Bank incorporated in the soil of Pakistan in
19__. AKBL organizational and constructor is very trustworthy AKBL has some
weakness but by using its strength AKBL can overcome the weakness as AKBL is
the strong and leaving bank, but it has faces many threats but it has many
opportunity to overcome the threats.

The end the learning and experience section consists of all the policies, processes,
practice and procedures which I have undergone through and learnt during my
internship program. This report on Serpentine my options about the employees,
satisfaction, motivation level and the working environment of the organization.
