Observe more lessons


Preparedness: How does the teacher make sure the students are prepared for
the day?
- Make the student engage the class by putting music or asking few questions.

Pace and flow: How does s/he make sure all students are involved and attentive?
- The child reaction and the how enthusiasm that they have.

Transitions: How does s/he get student attention? Keep their attention and move
to the next task?
- She used a variety of ways to move from one task to the other. For example
saying one two three or hands up so all the children put away everything they are
doing and listen to her instruction.

Behaviour: How does s/he deal with misbehavior?


- the teacher always reminds them of the rules and when some child does
misbehave she looks at him first and then explain the mistakes that was done for
whole the class in general without tell them who did it.

Encouragement: How does s/he interact with students/as a group/individually


e.g. praise, self-confidence, humour, support
- She praises them and tells them good job and well done .
