COPYRIGHT AUTHORITY

Please read the following agreement carefully before signing.

I, the copyright holder, hereby grant to the Licensee an irrevocable permission to submit to the BCI a
reproduction of the submission materials (photographs or other items of which I am the
author/creator) listed in the attached Schedule for the purpose of entering FuturArc Prize 2018.

On entering FuturArc Prize 2018, the Licensee has my authority to grant the BCI irrevocable
permission to further reproduce, exhibit, publish and/or communicate the submission materials and
any portion of it in any manner or context the BCI sees fit for the purposes of FuturArc Prize 2018,
including subsequent inclusion in the online BCI and/or FuturArc websites, and/or the FuturArc
Journal.

I also consent to the following form of attribution to accompany any use of submission materials in
relation to FuturArc Prize 2018:
