Make sure students are separate from their group when they are complete the group
evaluation

Introduction Time

- start by playing news clip of when the factor actually
collapsed

Watch video
- students will fill out a fill-in-the-blank worksheet while
they are watching
- after the film they will have time to discuss with a

partner their answers
- will go over the worksheet as a class after
The video will go into their break, students will get a break after
the video is complete 5 min

After going over the worksheet, students will have the


remainder of the class to get caught up on missing assignments
in social first and then other classes 35 min
If they are all caught up, they can work on the What in the World
or read quietly at their desks
Closure Time
At the end of class students will add to the graffiti wall:
- what does economic globalization mean to you? 5 min
