households in 1972 and 2002.The units are measured in percentage.

Overall, what stands out from the first pie chart is that citizens
in 1972 spent the most on buying food, while in 2002 the highest
spending was for cars.Another striking feature is that in 1972 less
money were spent on computers, whereas in 2002 were for books.

Looking at the details, we can see that food was the first
household bought in 1972 with 39%, while in 2002 was only
14%.Another interesting pattern is that in 1972 the average annual
spending for cars was 22% and increased to 40% in 2002, the most
popular merchandise in that year.

If we look at first pie chart we can see that computers


percentage was the smallest in 1972 with 3 % and in 2002 increased to
11%.Also, in 2002 people spent less money on books with only 3 %,
while in 1972 was a little more interest with 7%.
