Collaborating with lab cohorts on a project aims to use chemical genetic method to find
the substrate for Aurora A kinase. Performing biology research techniques including DNA
extraction, DNA in-vitro transcription, protein extraction, electrophoresis, western and
southern blot etc.

Research topic: Uncover the mechanism by which Aurora A kinase regulate Twist 1 to
promote breast cancer
