Issues/Risks & Schedule Exceptions
Issue/Risk 1: Inability to complete first 5 reports by the delivery date. Because of
the Christmas holidays, the Postal ABC team is doubtful that they will be able to
complete CAT testing on all reports by December 28.
Impact: This will delay the ability to have the ABC reports ready by the
delivery date.
Resolution: Delay the delivery date, if necessary, or just have fewer reports ready
for Dec 28. We will have the reports ready for CAT testing one by
one beginning about Dec 20. However, one very important part of
CAT testing is to verify that the data aggregations are correct. The
Postal team can do that earlier by directly looking at the data in the
aggregation tables that are the inputs to the reports.
Expected December 21, to determine if CAT testing can be completed.
