Tawheed rububiyahmeans to believe that Allah alone is the Rabb (the Creator,
Provider, Sustainer, etc.) He has no partner in His Dominion and Actions. Allah alone has the
power to benefit or harm, the power to change destiny, and He alone is truly Self-Sufficient
(As-Samad) upon whom all the creation depends, as He says: Allah created all things and He
is the Wakeel (Trustee, Disposer of affairs, Guardian) of all things.[1] To Him belong the
keys of the Heavens and the earth. He (Allah) enlarges and restricts provisions to whomever
He Wills. Surely, He has Knowledge of everything.[2]
Tawheed rububiyahalso includes the belief that Allah is Unique (One, single) and
Incomparable. He has no wife nor offspring, no mother nor father. Say, He is Allah, the One
and Only. Allah, the Eternal - the Absolute: He begets not, nor is He begotten.[3] Allah does
not merge in any living or dead creature, nor anything is part of Allah. Neither living nor dead
merges in the Being of Allah, nor is any creature part of Him. All creatures are created by His
Order and are subservient to His Will.
The belief in Tawheed rububiyahwas never denied by any of the previous nations,
except few who denied the existence of Allah, like Firawn (Pharaoh), the atheists and
communists of this age. The Arab Pagans amongst whom the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu
alaihi wa-sallam) was sent believed in Tawheed ar-Ruboobiyyah. They believed in Allah to
the extent that they declared Allah as the Supreme Lord. They acknowledged Him as the
Creator of the Universe and considered Him to be the Sovereign and the Provider of
sustenance, as is clear from the verses of Soorah al-Muminoon, Allah says: Say (to the
disbelievers): Whose is the earth and whosoever is therein? If you know! They will say: It
is Allah Say: Who is the Lord of the seven Heavens and the Lord of the Great Throne?
They will say: Allah Say: In whose Hands is the sovereignty of everything? And He
protects all, while against whom there is no protector, if you know? They will say: (All this
belongs) to Allah.[4]
However, the belief in Tawheed rububiyahdid not make them Muslims, because they
lacked Tawheed al-Uloohiyyah (Oneness of Allahs Worship). Even though, the Arab Pagans
believed that Allah was their Lord, they did not direct all forms of worship to Him alone.
They believed that Angles and pious people had special status with Allah, and thus could
intercede with Allah for them. They would say:We only worship them so that they may bring
us closer to Allah.[5] Calling upon Allah for ones needs is a great act of worship, and if it is
directed towards other than Allah, it leads to Shirk in the worship. Allah revealed: They
worship besides Allah things that hurt them not, nor profit them, and they say: These are
only our intercessors with Allah.[6]
Thus, Allah declared their act of seeking intercession with Allah as Shirk and termed
them as Kafirun and Mushrikeen. He ordered His Messenger (sallallahu alaihi wa-sallam) to
proclaim, I worship not that, which you worship, nor will you worship that which I worship,
and I shall not worship that you are worshiping, nor will you worship that which I
worship.[7] These verses of the Noble Quraan establish the importance of the Tawheed of
worship along with the Tawheed of Lordship.
Essential Points: From the above, we understand that the Arab Pagans, despite their
ignorance and arrogance, completely understood the meaning of Ibaadah (worship). They
believed that intercession is a form of worship, and did not deny that calling upon pious
people amounted to worshiping them. They would call their idols, Aaliha[8](pl. of Ilah
lit. meaning, One, who is worshiped). This is in sharp contrast of the belief of the grave-
worshipers of today, who make the engraved as intercessors with Allah, and yet do not
consider it to be Shirk!!
Tauhid ar-Rububiyyah: Kepercayaan pada Ketuhanan Allah
Tauhid rububiyah berarti percaya bahwa Allah sendirilah Rabb (Pencipta, Penyedia,
Pemelihara, dll.)
orang saleh berarti menyembah mereka.
Battle of iffn
Battle of iffn, (MayJuly 657 ce), series of negotiations and skirmishes during the
first Muslim civil war (fitnah; 656661), ending in the arbitration of Adhru (February 658
January 659), which undermined the authority of Al as fourth caliph and prepared for the
establishment of the Umayyad dynasty.
Accounts of what precisely transpired at the arbitration vary; what is clear, however, is
that Als position was critically weakened as a result. In May 658 Muwiyah was
proclaimed caliph by some of his Syrian supporters. Al and Muwiyah retained their own
partisans, but, as Muwiyahs authority began to expand into Iraq and the Hejaz (western
Saudi Arabia), Als diminished to Kfah, his capital. With Als assassination in 661,
Muwiyah was free to establish himself as the first caliph of the Umayyad house.
Pertempuran iffn
5 Financial Benefits of Giving Zakat
Zakat is one of the five pillars of Islam. It is an amount a Muslim has to give away
from his wealth preferably at the end of each Islamic financial year. The Islamic financial year
starts at the end of Ramadan and ends at the beginning of the next Ramadan. Muslims are
required to give away 2.5% of the wealth they had in their possession for the whole Islamic
financial year to the poor and needy. However, it is only restricted to those with the financial
means and capabilities. Like all other forms of worships in Islam, there are countless benefits
attached to it. These benefits can lead to our salvation in the Hereafter but there are other
rewards that one can benefit from in this life. Here we will outline 5 financial benefits of
paying out Zakat.
1. Purification Of Wealth.
Zakat acts as a source of purification of ones wealth. The one who pays out Zakat is
increased in Barakah (blessing) by Allah SWT. His wealth will be accepted by Allah and
will act as a source of blessing in this world and salvation in the hereafter
2. Source Of More Income
Zakat means growth and increase basically. A person who pays out Zakat justly and
consistently is increased in more wealth and sustenance by Allah SWT.
3. Even Distrubution Of Wealth In Society
Zakat spreads income in society in a balanced way and the flow of money in the society
becomes stabilized. Without Zakat, the rich will be getting richer by accumulating more
and more wealth while the poor keep getting poorer. With Zakat, the excess wealth of the
rich is circulated amongst the poor.
4. Eradication Of Poverty
Because Zakat is paid out to the poor and needy, it can help eradicate poverty in society.
If people pay out Zakat like they are asked to by Allah SWT, poverty will be eradicated.
5. Prevents Recession
Paying out Zakat is a sure way to stop a recession in an economy. Zakat is an interest free
system and thus acts as a buffer for economic fluctuations which otherwise lead to a
recession. As Muslims, we have nothing to lose when paying out Zakat. We tend to be
under the mercy of Allah SWT in this world and hereafter and we also get to reap the
financial rewards.
5 Manfaat Finansial Memberi Zakat
10 Etiquettes Of Reading The Holy Quran
Holy Quran is a highly Revered and Sacred Book Allah SWT. It is the 4th and Final
Heavenly Manuscript that was revealed upon the Last Prophet, Hazrat Muhammad over the
period of 23 years. It holds distinction in itself from all books of rest of the world in being the
written by the Almighty Lord Himself, Who says:
Indeed, it is We, Who sent down the Quran and indeed, We will be its guardian. [Quran,
15:9]
In the above mentioned Ayah, the Creator of the universe says that He is the One, Who
is the Sole Author of this great form of Revelation and He will protect it. That is the miracle
of Furqan e Hameed that even after 1400 years, there has not been alteration of a single letter
or word in this Blessed Volume unlike previous religious books which have changed over the
course of time.
Since, Allah SWT is Himself the Architect of these Saintly Instructions, therefore, its
recitation requires adopting a great deal of Adab (Etiquettes) from us Muslims.
Muhammad selama periode 23 tahun.
