Information for Parents and Students

WEDNESDAY 17th DECEMBER - rehearsal

Dress: Mufti (for rehearsal)
Times: 8.20am- 12.30pm (Normal Start time) Bach and Beethoven rehearsals
12.30pm Bach and Beethoven return home to rest

9.30am 1.00pm (Late Start) Brahms rehearsals

1.00pm Brahms returns home to rest

Students will be dismissed at the end of morning rehearsals so that they can return home to
rest and attend to grooming before the evening performance.

NB Students must NOT wander around the city

Students who live a long way from the city should arrange to go to a friends home.

WEDNESDAY 17th DECEMBER - concert

Dress: Performance uniform to be worn for concerts
Times: 5.30pm All students arrive in performance uniform
Dinner Boxes available

THURSDAY 18th DECEMBER concert

Dress: Performance uniform to be worn for concerts
Students stay at home and rest until:
Times: 4.00pm Bach rehearsal
4.30pm Beethoven rehearsal
5.00pm Brahms rehearsal
5.30pm Dinner Boxes available

Permission Note House Concerts 2014

Please sign and return this form by Tuesday 16 th December

I give permission for ___________________________________ of Year _____ to leave school after the
House Concert rehearsals on Wednesday 17th December 2014.

I understand that students are to go home to rest and prepare for the evenings concert and
that they are not to organise to socialise, shop, see movies etc. during this time. I
understand that students are to return at 5.30pm in full performance uniform.
