CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M.

I. CHRISTMAS PARTY

1. Dinner

HSB announced before the food was served that she was very happy with how the team has worked hand in
hand. LSA was tearful at how successful everything has been. KMG, AELT, and VLO pitched in to buy dessert,
which was chocolate ice cream.

2. Exchange Gifts

HSB gave MBLM her gift, which was in the form of a huge box. MBLM then handed his tiny hand-wrapped
circular box to AELT. AELT then gave PT a thin envelope, presumably a gift certificate of sorts. PT then surprised
KMG with tickets to Jokoy the comedian. KMG was speechless. KMG then proceeded to present EAAA with a
brand-new game for his PS4. EAAA then gave LSA a book-shaped parcel. LSA then gave VLO a tiny package that
was a pentagon in shape. VLO then gave HSB a huge pillow that had a ribbon on it.

II. ADJOURNMENT

With no more other matters to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 10:00 P.M.
