Round 2: The top 30 teams from the preliminary round will be sent a case study along with
the directions for submission
Round 3: Based on the submissions, the top 8 finalists will then present their case solution
presentation (either on campus or through Skype) to the panel at IIM Kashipur during
Agnitraya 4.0 (5th November 2017)

5. Optimus - The Prime Supply Chain Simulation Game, Backwaters'17. Indian Institute Of
Management (IIM), Kozhikode

The First Round will be an online quiz to test the basic operations management
knowledge of the participants. The quiz will be conducted on the website
on 24th October 2017 on Dare2Compete.
The Second Round will be an operations simulation game to be held on Dare2Compete
on 28thOctober 2017 . Only Top 20 Teams from the first round will qualify for the second
round of the event. The link for the quiz will be updated on our site.

6. OpsSamasya, Indian Institute Of Management (IIM), Udaipur

Case Study Competition: A live case will be shared with the registered teams. The teams
have to analyse the case and submit their solutions in a PPT presentation.
Case will be shared to the registered teams on 16.10.2017
Teams have to analyse the case and submit the solution in PPT format by 25.10.2017,
23:59:59
Additional instructions regarding the case submission would be communicated via email.
List of finalists, shortlisted based on their solution, will be notified through email.
 Finalists have to present their solutions on 11.11.2017 at IIM Udaipur Campus. For the
candidates who would not be able to travel, the presentation will be taken via Skype.
Prizes worth upto Rs. 25,000 will be awarded.

7. OpsEnigma, Indian Institute Of Management (IIM), Udaipur

Round 1
o Online Quiz: This round will test the knowledge of the general concepts of
operations and supply chain management.
o Teams have to complete the game within the stipulated time.
o Online quiz will be held on 20.10.2017, 22:00 hours
o Additional instructions and link will be shared on the Facebook page of Solaris
and SKEIN by 15th Oct 21:00 hours (https://www.facebook.com/SolarisIIMU &
https://www.facebook.com/SKEIN.SCM.IIMU). Teams are requested to follow the
above mentioned Facebook pages to be updated on the events.
o Top 3 teams of this round will be awarded with a cash prize upto Rs. 3000.
o All the teams which appear this round will proceed to the next round.
Round 2
o Puzzle Quiz Competition: A Puzzle Quiz which will be shared with the shortlisted
teams. The teams have to solve the Quiz and then according to that complete
the puzzle. The competition will feature a blank or partially filled Sudoku grid.
Questions will be given and each question will point towards one or more
coordinate on the puzzle. The questions will be featured from the Operation,
SCM, Marketing, Finance and Business. The more questions you solve, easier
the puzzle becomes.
o Online quiz will be held on 23.10.2017, 22:00 hours
o Teams have to answer the questions and submit the same within the stipulated
time
o Top 3 teams of this round will be awarded with a cash prize upto Rs. 3000.
o Shortlisting will be based on the scores of the round 2 solely.
Round 3
o Simulation Game: The teams will have to play a fun filled game that will test the
integrated knowledge of strategy and execution of the processes involved in the
supply chain management.
o This round will be held on 29-10-2017.
o Additional instructions regarding the simulation game would be communicated
via email.
o List of finalists will be declared on 03-11-2017, 22:00
o Prizes upto Rs. 11,000 will be awarded to the top performers.

 The details of stage 2 Price is Right will be communicated to the shortlisted teams
individually

10. Coherence, Indian Institute Of Management (IIM), Kashipur

Round 1(quiz)
o The quiz consists of 20 questions all of which are multiple choice type with 1
correct answer.
o The time limit of the quiz is 20 minutes.
o Each question carries 1 point and there is no negative marking for incorrect and
un attempted questions.
o The questions are in a pdf file and the answers are to be submitted in a google
form, details of which will be shared with you at 21:50:00 hours on Oct 21, 2017.
o Read the questions from the pdf and mark your choice against the question
number provided in the google form.
o The pdf is password protected and the password will be available on our
Facebook page at 21:59:00 hours on Oct 21, 2017, link of which is given below.
(You have to like the page to view the password)
o Google form with the choices filled should be submitted no later than 22:20:00
hours on Oct 21, 2017. Any submissions post the time limit will not be
considered.
Round 2(case study)-
o Top 15 teams will qualify into the next round based on their scores and in case of
a tie, team which submitted the answers earlier will be given preference.
