ELECTRICAL COMMENTS

FIRE ALARM & VOICE EVACUATION

1. Provide Fireman tel jack in lift lobbies.
2. Provide speaker with flasher in driveway with sound level not less than ambient sound level +
15dB.
3. Strobe light not required in lift lobby.
4. Provide Monitoring modules for smoke fans.
5. Fire tel jack in staircase shall be near to the door.
6. Location of few Exit lights in Basement are not directing towards the exit staircase.
7. In lift shaft smoke detectors are required on top of lift shaft, remove the Multi sensors.
8. Distance from Manual call points shall not exceed more than 40m. Please add manual
call points as the distance between them is more than 40m.
9. Provide emergency light not more than 2m away from Manual call point and Fire hose reel.
10. Provide speaker with flasher in pump rooms.
11. The distance between the Exit lights in driveway shall not exceed more than 20m.
12. Provide emergency lighting lux level calculations.
13. Distance between exit lights shall not exceed more than 20m.
14. FACP & Voice Evacuation Control System Panel required only in FCC room . Provide FARP at
Entrance and in Security Room.
15. Emergency lighting in GF Entrance lobbies is missing.
16. Provide all necessary interface from 24x7 Panels.
17. Provide all necessary interfaces as stipulated in 2017 DCD regulations in FCC room.
18. Smoke detectors are not providing proper coverage in rooms. Please check the LV Room.
19. Provide emergency lighting in ground floor fire exit corridor.
20. Provide Monitoring modules for Smoke fans.
21. Provide only speakers or speakers with flashers depending on the area in basement parking and
driveway, Ground floor parking and driveway, First Floor external spaces and on Roof. Remove
sounders
22. Provide Speaker with flasher in Generator room.
23. 24x7 Panel to be provided only at Main FACP.
24. Flashers are not required in Typical floor corridors and lift lobbies.
25. Provide smoke detectors in electrical and tel room Service corridor lobby on typical floor.

27. Provide circuiting for Fire Alarm, Voice Evacuation and Emergency Lighting System.
28. Provide interface/Control modules for lifts on roof.
29. Provide Smoke detector and Voice Evacuation Speaker in Gym washrooms.
30. Provide Smoke detector and Voice Evacuation Speaker in Locker and at Gym Entrance.
31. Provide Exit light at Gym entrance.
32. Provide Heat detector in Gym.
33. Provide smoke detectors in staircase at every alternate level.
 ELECTRICAL COMMENTS
FIRE ALARM & VOICE EVACUATION SCHEMATIC
1. Provide 1 Main Fire Alarm panel for the project and provide FARP for each block.
2. 24x7 Panel to be provided with only the Main Fire Alarm Panel.
3. For each loop min 100 addressable device and 100 nonaddressable devices.
4. Max 250 devices in each loop.
5. Main FACP shall be interfaced with Voice Evacuation Panel.
6. Main FACP shall be interfaced with following:
a. AHUs
b. Elevators/Lifts.
c. Smoke Ventilations system.
d. Emergency Exit doors.
e. Fire Pump control panel.
f. CBS system.
g. CO control panel.
h. LPG Gas detection panel.
7. FACP Schematic shall show the Master telephone system and fire man Tel jacks.
8. Provide spare loop in Main FACP.
9. Voice Evacuation loops shall be cross zoned.
10. Both FACP and Voice evacuation circuiting shall be class A circuiting.
11. Provide Graphic Command Centre for main FACP.
12. Provide only 1 Master Voice evacuation panel for all 4 blocks.

EMERGENCY LIGHTING SCHEMATIC.

1. The circuiting shall be cross zoned.
2. Provide sub circuit monitoring.
3. Provide capacity for the CBS panel.
4. Location of CBS shall be corrected as CBS room.

TELECOM SERVICES
1. Provide secondary containment in basement for GSM services.
2. As mentioned earlier the containment cannot run in enclosed areas. Please refer
containment in GF where containment pass thru garbage and recycle areas.
3. 3 Nos. of dual RJ45 points shown in Studio apartment shall be rationalized and shall be as per the
furniture layout in apartments.
4. Provide GSM containment and racks in Main Tel rm.
5. Provide the minimum two sectional detail of Main tel rm.
6. Main tel rm shall have the raised floor.
7. Containment to GSM room from level 6 cannot pass thru the garbage room.
