UPDATES FOR THE EBAB MEETING (SEPTEMBER 2, 2016)

LAW SCHOOL TRIP
September 10, 2016 (Saturday)
Assembly and registration in Leong, ALS in the morning, lunch in the bus, UP Law in
the afternoon
Call time for participants is 7 AM
o Day after GA/GA Party
o We will not move the call time
o Should participants be late, we will adjust the program flow on the day itself
But we will not change too much as to not violate agreement with ALS
and UP Law on time of arrival
o EBAB who will be going, PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE
Cut off: 55 participants
o This is the maximum number that can be accommodated by ALS and UP Law
o The bus capacity is 60
EB and core team will not join the bus
People who signed up so far: TBA
o Participants who did not reach the cut off are considered waitlisted
o Participants who reached the cut off must confirm their attendance by
Sunday (September 4) by 9 PM
o If they did not confirm of if they backed out (100% sure that some will),
waitlisted participants will be informed that they are part of Law School Trip,
and they must confirm as well
MoA has been presented and discussed with partner organizations already
o Submitted to OSA, waiting for their approval
Legal cases for participants for both ALS and UP Law mock classes will already be
photocopied and put into kits
o We are still waiting for the cases from UP Law
Nametags and certificates are already being prepared
Lunch will be Jollibee Chickenjoy meal
o We took into account food allergies to address those who are allergic to
chicken
Plate number of bus and name of driver will be given on Monday
o OSA and OFS will be informed as soon as possible
OSA and OFS will also be informed that outside participants will enter the school on
that day for registration
o People from UP and UST signed up
Permits to enter Rockwell and the ALS premises will be secured once plate numbers
of the bus and cars are given to our partner organization
o This will be secured by Monday
We are still looking for an adult supervisor who will go to the Law School Trip
o Most probably Therese Espinosa or JC Carlos
Booth in Doghouse A and B from September 5 to 9 (Monday to Friday)
o This is where participants can get their cases and give payments
o They can also pay on the day itself during registration
 o Waiver forms will also be signed there
o Law School Trip tarpaulin will be printed and put in the booth

PPF is being accomplished by PMs, deadline for them is September 3
o We will present PPF to ADS before submitting to OSA
MoA is drafted already
o We will present to ADS soon
Core team will be formed by next week
 PMs will make a list for the prospective keynote speaker
