outcome of previous events
without regard to how the past
events developed. Outcome
bias does not involve analysis of
the factors that lead to a
previous event, and instead de-
emphasizes the events
preceding the outcomes and
overemphasizes the outcome.
Overconfidence can cause a
person to experience problems
because he may not prepare
properly for a situation or may
get into a dangerous situation
that he is not equipped to
handle.

You see a little boy running on a

playground. He falls down and
starts to cry. Then, he runs over
to his mother. As far as you can
tell, there's no scrape or cut
where the little boy fell down,
but even so, his mom puts a
bandage on the child's knee.
The child stops crying
immediately and resumes his
play.

Survivorship bias is the

tendency for mutual funds with
poor performance to be dropped
by mutual fund companies,
generally because of poor
results or low asset
accumulation

contradicts our beliefs or
expectations.
Blind Spot Biases We often
know that people have biases. If
we think about it, we also realize
that we also use bias in our
decisions, yet we still do not
compensate sufficiently for our
biases.

social media plan built around people should respect others and
disgruntled employees with a learn to say sorry and also they
flare for dramatic departures. On should learn to forgive others.
the other hand, JetBlue is an
industry where expecting the
unexpected is de riguer.
Controversy, tragedy, and in this
case, tragi-comedy are all part
of it, and JetBlue knows this. Its
embrace of social media came
about in part because of the
Valentine's Day incident of
2007, when a snowstorm not
only caused mass flight
cancellations, but also left some
customers stranded in planes on
the tarmac for more than six
hours. In short, JetBlue should
be able to deal with this.
Interestingly, even as the
brand's social channels were
silent about the Slater incident
early this week, it did continue to
run a tweet stream about
JetBlue in social media.

failing grades. So, what i did panicking .

was i studied well, got ridden all
distractions and focused and the
topics and every detail in my
notes and also in the book.
Another stressful situation is
when going home it was raining
at it was traffic so I got home
late and i had only little time to
finish all of my assignments. So
what I did was I focused one
subject / assignment at a time
and try to calm down, so that I
can think clearly and be able to
finish all of my assignments
quickly. Finally another stressful
situation is about the payment
for tuition so that I can enroll in
the semester so what happen
was I paid the remaining
balance in my tuition but the
problem was it wasn't
recognized in the my ederp
account so I thought maybe I
put wrong account number but
no it was correct, so on the next
day i tried calling accounting
office in feu so I did so. They
told me that there was a
problem in the system so there
was no need for me to panic
because all the information in
the payment slip was correct.
They explained to me that the
problem is being fixed and just
return to the accounting office if
there was no change, so then
came the first day of school I
returned to the accounting office
to ask for any update so they did
so it took 20 minutes after they
told me to check my ederp
account, because the problem

was already fixed. The point

here is that you should face your
problems head on and try to
stay calm and think for another
way to solve it.
