Temperance in the Classroom

Directions: You will write a short essay (about 500 words) on Temperance; specifically what it is, and
how it pertains to a classroom. In this essay, you will first define Temperance in your own words and
relate it to how behavior should be during class. From there you will talk about how behavior in the
classroom did not follow this particular virtue, and why it did not. Lastly, you will explain how you will do
a better job of modeling Temperance in the classroom in order to maintain a less disruptive
environment.
