 Rules and Regulations

1. The officer in duty will be charged P10 for every absences except if
he can ask other officer to do his duty on his behalf. Collection of
fines will be done at the end of the week. It will serve as officers fund
and will not be considered as part of JPIAs fund ( attendance will be
checked by the next officers in duty)
2. At the end of every duty, cash on hand and sales must be balanced.
(record book is provided)
3. The officer in charge must wait for the next duty to surrender the
sales or in the faculty if he really cant wait.
4. Cash shortage and lost inventory must be absorbed by the officers in
duty (One for all and all for one is not applied :D)
5. Sales must be surrendered to the faculty at the end of the last duty.
6. Physical counting of inventory is a must.
