FOREVER HALLOWEEN AGREEMENTS

TASKS PER PERSON


December 3 (on-ground) Tasks
CALL TIME ON DECEMBER 3: 9:00 AM (For packing of loot bags and shirts)
Pay Jun PHP 3,000.00 PER PERSON for payment of bands, free beer, and incidentals
o Reg area 3 pax Garci, Carlo, and Jun as sole cash holder
o Merch area 2 pax Grace, Jane
o Nikki Band coordination (making sure they and their equipment are ready)
o Cathy Floor director (coordination with hosts, for games and line-ups)
o Jamie Photographer shot list and good photos, Shot list for bands and sponsors
o Jamie Agreements with sponsors are met
o Abi Social media correspondence (FB live, Twitter, etc.), hatak to attend event
o Tammy and Chanli Ushering/Crowd Control (making sure that people paid and are
watching inside the restaurant)
o Jun Sole Cash Box handler, accounting and bill settling at the event

Buy paper bags as loot bags, check price of ribbon for shirt packaging
Check venue requirements: table fo reg area, merch area, etc.

Shirts, box for extra donations
PEOPLE-IN-CHARGE: Garci (reception), Jun (cash holder), Carlo (inventory)

1st staircase (near the road)
