A). If Cost per Ton of Cement 5500, Sand 600 (Rs. 22CFT), Aggregate 450 (Rs.21CFT) than Mfgr. Cost of Panel & Column per Running feet 21 26
While considering Variation in Cost of Raw Material across India we have worked out Cost for Panel & Column accordingly
B). If Cost per Ton of Cement 4800, Sand 425 (Rs. 16 CFT), Aggregate 525 (Rs. 24 CFT) than Mfgr. Cost of Panel & Column per Running feet 20 24
C). If Cost per Ton of Cement 6000, Sand 670 (Rs. 25 CFT), Aggregate 850 (Rs. 40 CFT) than Mfgr. Cost of Panel & Column per Running feet 24 30
D). If Cost per Ton of Cement 6000, Sand 560 (Rs. 21 CFT), Aggregate 410 (Rs. 19 CFT) than Mfgr. Cost of Panel & Column per Running feet 22 27
E). If Cost per Ton of Cement 4500, Sand 1200 (Rs. 45 CFT), Aggregate950 (Rs. 42 CFT) than Mfgr. Cost of Panel & Column per Running feet 24 30
Panel of 7 feet with 4 wires of 3mm is (Rs.22 Avg. cost x 7feet) Rs. 154/- & Column of 8 feet with7 wires of 3mm is (Rs. 28Avg. cost x 8feet) Rs. 224

Case A: - Panel in Rs Case B: - Panel in Rs Case C: -Supporting Column in Rs Case D: - Supporting Column in Rs
Sale price - Mfg. cost = Profit (%) 350 154 = 196 (56%) 225 - 154 = 71 (32%) 540 224= 316(58 %) Rs.480 224= 256 (53%)

For making boundary wall with 6 Nos. Panels of 7 feet long (6nos x 7 feet= 42 sq. feet) + 1no of Supporting H Column of 8 ft height (4 x 8ft ht =2 Sq. feet) Total = 44 Sq ft.
Sales price for Making wall with 6 panels for height of wall of 6 ft is Rs. 350 /panel x 6nos.= Rs.2,100 +1 Pc of Supporting Column@ Rs. 540 /pc.
So Total Sale price for making Boundary Wall is 2,100 + 540 = 2,640 / 44 sq. feet = 60 / Sq. ft with 6 ft height. Or 2640 / 7.4 = Rs.356 Running feet.
Manufacturing Cost for Making wall with 6 panels for height of wall of 6 feet is Rs. 154 / panel x 6nos = Rs.924 + 1 Pc of Supporting Column Rs. 224 /pc.
So Total cost of wall is Rs. 924 for panels + 224 column = 1148 / 44 Sq. ft = Rs.26 per Sq. feet with 6 ft height or 1148/ 7.4 = Rs.155 Running feet.
Profit refer above calculation (Rs. 2100 -924= 1,176)+ (Rs. 540- 224= 316)so 1176 + 316= 1492/44 Sq. ft = Rs.34 Sq. ft is Profit with 6 ft height or 201 Running feet.
Return on Investment / Break-even
a). If your selling price is Rs 60/- per Sq. ft than your Return on investment of Rs. 28 Lakhs will be by sale of 82,350 Sq. feet OR 14,000 running feet of wall.(with 6 feet height Wall)
b). If you selling price is Rs 50/- per Sq. ft your Return on investment of Rs. 28 Lakhs will be by sale of 1,16,700 Sq. feet OR 20,000 running feet of wall.(with 6 feet height Wall)
c). If your selling price is Rs. 350/- per Running ft than your Return on investment of Rs. 28 Lakhs will be by sale of 15,000 Running feet. (With 6 feet height Wall)
d). If your selling price is Rs. 300/- per Running ft than your Return on investment of Rs. 28 Lakhs will be by sale of 20,000 Running feet. (With 6 feet height Wall)
Please note: You also earn on installation of boundary wall i.e. mini. of Rs. 4 / sq. ft or Rs. 30 / Running ft of 6 ft high wall. This is not considered in above.

Assumptions, Consideration & Conclusion for above Manufacturing Cost Analysis: -

Please note if you make double the size of concrete bed your production will be double with same machinery, but need to add 3 people & cost will reduce to another 15%.
1). Plant set-up - In a 4 5 weeks. Open to sky. Slabs Extruded are Naturally Cured under our hot & humid climate.
2). Start with lowest investment initially, than upgrade the plant to highest capacity.
3). At a time 2 Cast per Lane is Extruded of Boundary Wall Panels for 11 days in a month & 2 days for Supporting 'H' Column by Extrusion m/c.
4). Production time consumed for extruding slab on 80-mtr long platform is less than 1.15 hour & slab cutting about 5 minutes per cut.
st Nd rd
5). Production Cycle for extrusion of slab: - say 1 day Extrude slabs on all 7 Lanes for Boundary wall panels& on 2 day Cut, Lift & Clean and start casting on 3 day. Go on repeating
this for total 13 days& alternate days cut, lift & clean. 2 days cast supporting Column (to match the quantity of Panel & column).
6). So total 15 days extrusion production & balance days Cut, Lifted & Cleaned.
7). Extrusion Ratio of Panel to Supporting Column is 85% : 15%.
8) Total production per month for Boundary Wall panels on (260 feet long) 80 meter less wastage 4 mtr = 76 mtr long casting bed x 7lane x 2 cast per lane x 11days (11days cut lift &
clean)x efficiency 95% = 11,120 Running meteri.e36,470Sq feet.
9). Total production per month for Supporting 'H' Column on 80 meter less wastage 4 mtr = 76 mtr long casting bed x 7lane x 2 cast per lane x 2 days (2 days cut lift & clean)x efficiency
95% = 1968 Running meter i.e. 6,450 Running feet. Production per Year for 300 working days = 1,33,000 Sq. mtr with 6 lane casting bed.
10) Zero Slump Concrete is used for Extrusion of above. Where Water Cement ration is just 0.3%.
11). Extruder needs to be fed continuously with concrete hence we advice good Cylindrical Mixer & not Drum mixer. (Optional For High volume of Production you require Cement Silo &
Batching & Dosing plant with Wheel loader.)
12). You are required to do your working before you make investment, as we will not be responsible for above calculation in what so ever is the case.
