FACTS AND FIGURES
Kindly note that all performance figures and capacity details are believed to be
accurate. All details and figures are "about" and are given in good faith but without
guarantee.

The "about" in the context of speed and consumption means +/- 0,5 kn for "Speed" and +/-
5% for "Bunker Consumptions". The vessel's speed is always subject to "Good Weather" and
"Smooth Seas basis no adverse current as well as no negative influence of swell and up to a
maximum of "Beaufort Force 3" and seas and currents not exceeding "Douglas Sea State 2".

The consumption figure is based on a fuel with a low calorific value of 42.700 kJ/kg. Diesel
generators will also burn MDO during starting and stopping operations for sufficient time to
flush the system. If the load of the main engine drops to a value of less than 60% of MCR, fuel
has to be shifted from HFO to MDO. The vessel has the right to consume MDO during
ballasting, de-ballasting, exchanging of ballast water, manoeuvring in shallow, confined, busy,
restricted waters, canals, rivers, ports as well as when operating in bad weather.

All fuels supplied to the vessel shall be derived from standard refinery processes of petroleum
crude oil and are not to include any traces of waste materials (chemical waste, used lubricants
etc.). Minimum bunker specifications have to be guaranteed. Specification of HFO and MDO:

The HFO has to be suitable for the use in the vessel's engines and must be proven to be
stable and homogenous, not to contain any traces of chemical waste, used marine or
automotive lubricants and must strictly comply with the international standards ISO 8217,
2005 (E) [but always with max 20 mg/kg Aluminium plus Silicone], latest amendment,
minimum grade as per RMG 380 cst (cetane numbers as per FIA wo/3, not below 18) as long
as no higher quality is required according to the specific data sheet of the vessel.

The MDO has to be suitable for the use in the vessel's engines and must be proven to be
stable and homogenous, not to contain any traces of chemical waste, used marine or
automotive lubricants and must strictly comply with the international standards ISO 8217,
2005 (E), latest amendment, grade as per DMB.

Fuels of such specifications and grades must be supplied to permit the vessel - at all times -
to meet the maximum sulphur content requirements as stipulated in MARPOL Annex VI and
subsequent amendments as well as zones regulated by regional or national authorities such
as but not limited to the EU and the US Environmental Protection Agency.
