Terms and Conditions:


1. Prices and values are including taxes and subjected to change as per Government norms.
2. Any introduction of new taxes, levies, Cess and increase or decrease in the taxes would be to the customers account.
3. Preferred locations charges (PLC) would be charged separately, if applicable

4. Company reserves the right to offer alternative unit in case the unit earmarked above is not available for sale / construction on account of any reason beyond our control.

5. Any change in the actual Super built-up area will have an impact on the cost and the same is to be borne by the customer or vice versa.
6. Agreements of sale and construction is to be executed within 21 days from the date of booking
7. Payments to be made against each milestone achieved, within 15 days from the date of demand note raised

8. Cancellation charges of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) is applicable upto 21 days from the date of booking. "Booking form" norms is applicable post 21 days

9. Irrespective of the actual date of execution of the Agreements for Sale and Construction, the customer has to make all construction linked payment as and when they are
due.

10. If a customer does not execute the Agreements for Sale and Construction within 21 days from the date of booking, Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and
refund the booking amount to the customer after deducting the applicable cancellation charges

11. All refunds will be processed within 90 days without any interest
12. Stamp duty, registration charges and incidental expenses to be borne by the customer and to be paid at the time of registration
13. Any deficit in the Maintenance is recoverable separately at the time of start of the maintenance period.
14. All disputes and settlements shall be subject to Bangalore Jurisdiction only.
15. Errors and omissions are exempted
