I choose to work in intelenet global services. During this internship I have learnt Meany new
skills. before internship I have only theoretical knowledge about work in organization but now I
have some practical experience of work in organization . now I have knowledge about the
organizations working environment and how organizations work and achieves their goals and
objective.

This internship has given me the understanding of business and also about the element of statics
thinking, planning and implementation, and how this things are applied in a real world
organization environment. Following are the objectives that I have in my mind before working as
an internee.

Intelenet Global Services started operations in 2000 with a 25 member team managing contact
center and back office services for Banking & Insurance clients from our Mumbai center.

Susir is the Executive Chairman of Intelenet Global Services, a US $400m global business
process outsourcing services organization.

2. Amit Dixit:-

Amit Dixit is a Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of Private Equity in India,
based in Mumbai. Previously, Mr. Dixit was a Principal at Warburg Pincus. Mr. Dixit
received an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MS in Engineering from Stanford
University, and a B. Tech. from Indian Institute of Technology Mumbai where he was

3. David Skillen:-

David has a thirty five year career in banking and finance covering Australia, Asia, USA,
U.K., and Africa. During that time David spent 8 years in Barclays, 10 years in Citigroup and
3 years in American Express.

Today David serves on the Board of Intelenet Global Services, a major international BPO
company, is senior advisor to Essex Lake Group, advises KPMG Consulting in the banking
space, holds senior office in the structure of the International Waterski and Wakeboard
Federation, and chairs investment vehicles in the Australian Watersports industry.

4. Robert D. Reid:-

Robert D. Reid is a Senior Managing Director in the Private Equity Group at


Blackstone and is a member of the Firms European Private Equity Investment
Committee. Mr. Reid worked for several years in Blackstones New York offices and is
based currently in London.
Mr. Reid received an A.B. in Economics from Princeton University, where he graduated

Mitchell J Habib is Director in Intelenet Global Services Private Limited and YUME.
Earlier, he served as Director of National Underground Railroad and Pactera. Mitchell
Habib is a results-driven senior executive accomplished in aligning global organizations
with a strategic vision to realize revenue and margin growth. He has led organizational
transformation, operations management and information technology at prominent global
firms spanning multiple industries during his 25-year career, including General Electric,
Citigroup and Nielsen.

During his career at Citigroup, Mitchell was promoted from Chief Information Officer

TERM PLAN

Term insurance is a life insurance product offered by an insurancecompany which offers


financial coverage to the term life insurancepolicy holder for a specific time period. In case of
death of the insured individual during the policy term, the death benefit is paid by the company

In the above 1 st graph premium is given all 10 companys related the term plan . according to
all the above data the bsli is provide the less premium. 2 to 3 company are provide less premium
and other are charge high premium as compare to the bsli. it is a good company as comer to that
company who is charge the high premium..

In the second diagram it shows the claim settlement ratio of all companies in that only 2to 3
company are cross the claim of bsli so it is a good claim settlement ration is 93% .the highest is
96% .

So as compare to both the data the claim settlement ration and premium the bsli is good company
to invest in term plan.

The information is related the term plan .the premium is for term insurance and the claim
settlement is all over company.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The customer is come online and buy the plan and makes the first payment.

After the payment process the medical test is conducted which is free of cost provided by
the BSLI.(Birla sun life company).

The tests are mandatory there is no option to skip it.

The medical tests are Blood, Urine, Nicotine, TNT, ECG.

The date & time is provided by the customer and at nearest medical center provided from
our side.

Medical reports are come through mail from our medical team.

I have to study the report and analyze all the report are perfect or not the customer is fit
and fine according to the criteria.

This work is done by me and my 2 other collogue and our other collogue done the online
form filling and the payment process.

After payment our work will start.

If we find something negative in the report so we are charge the higher premium or
deduct some benefits.

The normal problems like sugar, heart problem, any other kind of normal problems.

But in the medical test we find any customer is suffered from cancer, TB, HIV like
abnormal thing so we cancel the policy from our side. This type of person is not eligible
for the plan .

And also the other document also study by me like pain card, addhar card ,rationing card,
last 3 months of salary sleep/ ITR, photos etc. all these documents are uploaded by the
customer on our mail id .

So this information are provided to the next team they are convince the customer to pay
high premium or if to cancel the policy.

After my message they are according to work on it.
Example
If one customer is eligible for the plan and if I give info about it is not eligible so that
policy is not issued from our sidebecause of my mistake it ids create bas image in the
mind of customer if this customer is apply in another company and if they issue the
policy to this customer so it is create the bad image about our company.
So it is my responsibility to verify the document properly and pass information to next
group.
And if any fault in the report so conform with our client and after take the decision about
the documents.
So first mailto customer and verify the information is write or wrong.
It is my responsibility to do my work properly .

To work with this company is very honorable thing, I learn many things from this
company .

There are lots of new things are learn .
First training are provide to me after that the actual work information is given to me .
The trainer is very good and he give me all the training about the whole product the
trainer name is MR.SHANTINU RAMCHANDANI.
After the training of 15 days actual work is started but then also on job training is
continue for again 15 days .
My team leader is also good he is like a friend if I do any mistake so he explain me like a
big brother .My TL name is MR.ABHISHEK SINGH.
