Reflection 4

(Number 5)

On Tuesday 17th of October 2017, I was taught my students a Math lesson about the
number 5. I prepared 3 activities for my students, and I used the differentiation in the activities.
For the low level, they should make the number 5 by using the playdough, and because it is the
first term, so some students need to develop their fine motor skills. The second activity is to trace
and write the number5. The last activity is about using the students their fingers print to
complete this activity and they only can use the blue paint because is the color of the week.

The things that were well are the activity that the students used their fingers print, and the
students were participated in the class. In addition, according to the Reggio Emilia Approach I
used the documentation and I document the finger print to do the number 5. The thing that
wasnt well it was difficult to control the students. In the next lesson or in the future I will use
the bell to keep the students under the control and to keep the silence.
