Physical condition:
1. There is no crack or damage for the parts of the equipment Pass
2. All the covers are aligned, not bent or cracked Pass
3. Check that the stand is well fixed , the roller wheels is moving Pass

4. The inhalation tube arm can be directed easily and it is well Pass
attached to the stand
5. The tubes are normal , with no kinks , tilts or any cuts Pass
6. Check that the power cable is steady and connected properly to Pass
the equipment
Functionality:
7. Switch on the machine and for the blower movement and the Pass
button lighting
8. Check that the machine is working with a low noise level Pass
9. Check that the nebulizer is not working when the chamber is Pass
empty
10. Fill the nebulizer with water to the specified level and check Pass
for the vapour output
11. Increase the intensity controller and check if the vapor Pass
intensity is increased
12. Fit the cup into the chamber and fill it with water , check the Pass
vapor output
