Servant leadership is concept which is derived from our natural feeling to serve.

Servants
ensures to make others needs priority whereas regular leadership involves exercise of power
that comes with position.
I like this concept since one must be more of enabler, supporter, mentor & motivator to derive
necessary results with the aspiration to lead & serve.
Servant leader puts needs of team members first and is more interested in their development &
improved performance. Servant leader is supportive of team, understands their priorities and
puts first in his agenda rather than his own priorities. Servant leader believes in the concept that
wellbeing of teams/communities is essential for his well-being.
Servant leadership opportunity enables me to be part of improving peoples lives by supporting
the needy. I believe that serving hands are equally important as the praying hands. This
