Assistant Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant

Details: Full Time Permanent Position


Monday-Friday, 40 Hours/Week

Job Description: Job includes, but not limited to

Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable and Collections
Point of Sale/Billing
Daily sale audits
Inventory Receiving and Entries
Data base Entries
Answering Phone
Correspondence via Email and Letter
Document Filing
Maintaining Office Supplies
Maintaining Petty Cash
Communication with Customers and Vendors
Balancing Payables, Receivables, and Petty Cash

Qualifications:

Candidate Must:

Have Excellent Organizational Skills


Be Computer Literate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Have Knowledge in Accounting Practices and Programs
Be Able to Use a Calculator
Have Strong Office Skills
Have Good communication skills
