Salutations!

The Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants held a seminar last October 5, 2012 at the Osmea Hall
regarding the accounting principle of Comprehensive Tax Income. Ms. Katherine U. Sobremonte, CPA gave a
small talk to a number of accountancy students about the different taxation topics. This was held from 8 in
the morning to 12 noon. JPIA gave the speaker a statue as an additional token of appreciation for her
exemplary performance as a speaker during the seminar and also provided the participants from the
different universities and colleges a Certificate of Participation as proof of their attendance during the said
seminar.

In connection with this, we would like to solicit from the fund held in trust the amount of Nine hundred
and Forty eight pesos (Php 948.00) for the printing of the certificates and the purchase of the additional
token of appreciation for the speaker. The breakdown of the allowances is follows:
