BRIEF ON CYBERCAFE DEPARTMENT NOTE

INTRODUCTION
1. The cyber café department is one of the Academy
Department in the school. The department provides internet
services to assist both the academic staff and students in
their academic pursuit.

ACTIVITIES
2. The department responsible for providing services
which may enhance the academic pursuit of the students. It
also provides a conducive atmosphere for the students. Due
to the unique service of the department, the lecturers and
students were able to browse, and sort out materials for
their academic works, making contact with friends through
emails and a host of others of importance.

PROSPECT
3. The department provides unique service to enhance the
students in developing themselves for the accomplishment
of their academic pursuits, and also to actualize whatever
knowledge they have acquire with their civil counterpart in a
competitive environment after disengagement from the
military.

PROJECTIONS
4. The department will be delighted to get more computer
systems to serve the lecturers and the students to improve
their academic work. This will enhance the standard of the
school and academic performance of the students.
Moreover, the department will appreciate the commandant
to buy a new photocopier machine to add to taste of the
department.

PROBLEMS
5. The department is currently facing maintenance
problem. One of the engineers attached to our department is
complaining of non payment of his maintenance fee, this has
contributed to the brake down of some systems in the
department. Presently, the printer machine we are using has
no ink, hence, is not functionable.

CONCLUSION
6. The department wishes to appeal to the commandant
to see to the maintenance of the equipment for the effective
running of the department. The department is grateful for
the support and assistance given to it so far by the
commandant.
