ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY STATEMENT

Policy at Farmcochem Sdn. Bhd., manufacturing of agrochemical products has a fundamental

responsibility and commitment to meet all environmental rules through sound management
practices and decisions. .

As to minimizing environmental impacts, concerning our activities, products and services, the
management will:-

Comply with applicable legal requirements and other requirements to which

relate to environmental aspects;

Implement an environmental compliance management process to capture

deviation and report the violation observed by the authorities to HSE committee.

Prevent pollution, reduce waste and minimise the comsumption of rescources;

Educate, train and motivate employees to carry out tasks in an environmentally

responsible manner;

Conserve natural resources by their responsible and efficient use in all

operations.

To revise and improve on this policy whenever necessary;
