which makes an electrical connection in the socket of a light fixture; incandescent bulb
represents as the resistive on the system.

through a hole in a die or draw plate. Wires are used to carry electricity.
Three-Phase Safety Switch a component that can break an electrical circuit when there
is a fault or overload in the system. It also interrupts the current or direct it from one
conductor to another.
Voltmeter a voltmeter is an instrument used for measuring the electrical potential
difference between two points in an electrical circuit. Voltage are measured in volts (V).

IV. Theory:
Power is measured in AC system using wattmeters. A modern digital sampling
wattmeter, such as any of the power analyzers, multiplies instruments sample of
voltage and current together to calculate instantaneous watts and then takes an
average of the instantaneous watts over one cycle to display true power.
When three wires are present, two wattmeters are required to measure total
power. The voltage terminal of the wattmeters are connected phase to phase.
Components:
Incandescent bulb this component usually has a base of ceramic, metal, glass or plastic
which makes an electrical connection in the socket of a light fixture; incandescent bulb

Three-Phase Safety Switch a component that can break an electrical circuit when there
is a fault or overload in the system. It also interrupts the current or direct it from one
conductor to another.
Three-Phase Power Source is a common method of alternating current electric power
generation, transmission, and distribution. It is a type of polyphaser system and is the most
common method used by the electrical grids worldwide to transfer power. It is also used
to power large motors and other heavy loads.
Multimeter Tester also known as a VOM (Volt-Ohm-Milliammeter), is an electronic
measuring instrument that combines several measurement function in one unit. A typical
multimeter can measure voltage, current, and resistance.

V. Procedures:
a. Before connecting the circuit shown in Figure 1, measure the parameters of the
circuit.
a. Voltage source using multimeter tester.
b. With the circuit board provided, connect the circuit as shown in Figure 1.
c. Measure the power of wattmeter one and wattmeter two.
