With praise and gratitude the author pronounced the presence of God Almighty, so
that the writer can finish this paper to fulfill the question of Senior Clinical Partnership in the
"Ear Nose Throat" of Pirngadi General Hospital Medan, with the title: "Epistaksis".

On this occasion the authors would like to thank dr.Fauziah Henny, Sp.THT-KL, and
other supervisors for his guidance and direction during following the Senior Clinical Clinic at
the Health Sciences Division of ENT at Pirngadi General Hospital Medan
