Sitka, Alaska November 22, 2017 -- Silver Bay Seafoods, LLC (Silver Bay), a vertically
integrated, and primarily fishermen owned seafood processing company headquartered in Sitka,
Alaska, announced that John Lowrance has joined the Silver Bay team; both as an owner and as
an integral part of the senior management team. Mr. Troy Denkinger, President, first made the
announcement to the Silver Bay fleet at the Bristol Bay membership meeting during Pacific
Marine Expo. Johns initial point of emphasis will be in Bristol Bay.

John brings a proven track record to Silver Bay of being transparent and innovative, all while
achieving operational and quality excellence; and as such is an ideal fit with the Silver Bay
model and vision. His achievements have earned respect throughout the supply chain, from the
